I love the ealry phases of product development, the inquiry and discovery, concept development, collaborating and setting a vision. For several years at the Capital One Lab colleagues and I prototyped and tested digital and physical finance products. I led design for these prototypes, ran experiments on new creative, tested product value props and features with real customers.
